The structure of ICA is briefly described below:
- General Assembly: bringing together all ICA members to discuss and agree on matters of general interest to all members, held at least once per year.
- Board of Directors: comprised 3 Directors elected within the members. It identifies the ICA strategic direction and overarching goals and prepares the General Assembly.
- A President, a Vice-President and a Treasurer are appointed within the Board of Directors to oversee the general functioning of the ICA.
- Technical Working Group manages all technical dossiers and regulatory issues of relevance to ICA at international level and it is comprised of several technical and regulatory experts per member company.
- Secretariat: manages the operations and functions of ICA under the directions of the President, Vice-President and Treasurer.
